This Privacy Policy explains how AIS GAMES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile application Float Up (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
This policy applies to the Float Up mobile application distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It does not apply to any third-party services, websites, or applications that may be linked from within the App.
The App does not require account creation and does not ask you to provide personal information directly. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.
The App stores gameplay-related data locally on your device using the operating system's standard preferences API (Capacitor Preferences). This includes:
This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage through your device settings.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob automatically collects certain information for the purpose of serving and measuring ads:
We use information for the following purposes:
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing personal data through advertising partners is:
We use the following third-party service to monetize the App. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies:
AdMob may share data with its network of demand partners (advertisers and ad exchanges) to deliver ads. When you consent to personalized advertising, these partners may process your advertising identifier and device information to select relevant ads.
You can change your advertising consent choices at any time. For EU/UK/Swiss users, the consent form will re-appear when required by regulation.
Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored game data. No trace of your progress remains on our side because we do not operate servers that store user data.
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aisgamesemail@gmail.com. Because we do not collect direct identifiers, you may need to provide information that helps us identify the data you are asking about (such as an approximate date of install or your advertising identifier).
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA:
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Float Up is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at aisgamesemail@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the relevant data. AdMob is configured with an age-appropriate content rating; only ads rated T (Teen) or below are shown.
Google AdMob processes data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where required, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to transfer personal data outside the EEA.
We do not retain personal data on any server. Game progress stored on your device remains until you delete it. Data processed by AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies — see Google's privacy documentation for details.
Game data stored locally on your device is protected by the security mechanisms of your operating system (sandboxing, per-app storage isolation). Data sent to AdMob is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced within the App where practicable. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
